Order Fulfillment
PatchInUSA fulfills orders directly from our dedicated production facilities. Every batch undergoes a comprehensive 4-point human quality audit before being sealed in protective moisture-barrier poly packaging and handed over to insured carriers.
Address Accuracy & Redirection
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate destination addresses during quote confirmation. Any address modifications made after an order has shipped may incur carrier rerouting charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments are carrier-insured. If your package arrives damaged or is marked as lost in transit by the carrier, notify us within 5 business days with photo evidence so we can file an immediate carrier claim and initiate a priority remake.
