For Best Results
Follow these tips to maximize sharpness and color fidelity.
Vector Artwork When Possible
Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) allow infinite scaling without pixelation, ensuring razor-sharp stitch digitization.
Convert Text to Outlines
Expand all fonts into vector curves or outlines so typography renders exactly as you designed it.
High Resolution for Images
If submitting raster images (PNG, JPG), ensure they are at least 300 DPI at actual production size.
Define Brand / Pantone Colors
Include PMS (Pantone Matching System) codes if you have exact brand guidelines for thread or rubber matching.
Minimum Line Thickness
For embroidered stitching, lines should ideally be at least 1mm thick to ensure clean thread coverage.
