Yes, specialty hybrid patches (e.g. embroidered details on printed canvas or leather patches with stitching) are available for custom projects.

Iron-on is best for apparel; sew-on is best for heavy-duty long-term use; Velcro (hook & loop) is ideal for tactical and removable applications; and peel & stick works for temporary events.

Yes. Velcro hook-and-loop backing is the most popular backing for PVC morale and tactical patches.

Iron-on is available for embroidered, woven, and printed patches. Chenille and heavy leather are too thick for reliable home iron-on and are best sewn on.
