Pre-Production Cancellations
You may request changes or cancel your order at any time before approving your digital artwork proof with zero cancellation penalty.
Post-Approval Production
Once you approve the digital proof in writing, physical production begins immediately (raw materials are allocated, computerized looms are programmed, and molds are cast). Because custom goods cannot be repurposed, orders in active production cannot be cancelled.
Defective Goods Remedy
If a manufacturing defect or proof discrepancy is confirmed by our QA team, the client will be offered either an expedited free reproduction of the affected quantity or a full prorated refund.
